Biography . . .

Then

Based out of Vancouver, BC, Crop Circle hit the scene in 2002 with a no-nonsense attitude. Before performing their first gig, Crop Circle had a "surprise runaway hit" with Mexican Cockfight.

Without having to sell their souls to the Devil, their song made it to #4 on the Furious Five at Five. Since then they have performed live twice on 99.3 The Fox and have been featured on The Larry & Willy Show, The Furious Five at Five, Indie Night in Canada and The 6 O'Clock Rock Report.

. . . and Now

"Mexican Cockfight" was added as the "secret hidden track" to the 2002 Seeds CD. Since then, "Mexican Cockfight" has been on CiTR/Discorder's Indie charts for over 3 months. The band has appeared on Breakfast Television (City TV-13), Urban Rush v.2.0 (Shaw Cable 4) & live twice on CFOX (FM 99.3). Crop Circle now has the distinction of having the number one most requested song at Power 104 in Kelowna.

As for the sound, Crop Circle wanted to have the flexibility of musical styles such as bands like Queen, the Beatles and Led Zeppelin. Acoustic music has always been important to the band but so too is a heavy edge and energy. There are two distinct sides to Crop Circle's music, one is purely for entertainment's sake, while the other is about a variety of political and social issues.

<!-- Crop Circle have come clean and now confess to being responsible for the world's crop circle phenomenon. -->
