In order to finalize the process and confirm your eligibility, you are required to complete a Waiver, Release & Consent form and answer a skill-testing question (attached). As per the contest rules, you must be a Canadian citizen over the age of consent and cannot be an employee of APTN. If you are a minor, a parental authorization must also be completed (bottom section of the Waiver, Release & Consent form).
